The book is well written and follows a thought process that is easy to follow. He does a great job sharing with the reader his findings, thoughts, and theories on the amazing power we all possess.

Here you are holding this physical book in your hands. Like a great mystery, only more powerful, each page pushes the reader to continue I guess because I found God through science, I think that route of understanding is normal, but I realize it doesn’t usually happen that way for most people. A worthy read that informs and offers hope.
There’s a problem loading this menu right lippton. His premise seems to illustrate the power of our thoughts over every cell in our bodies and how we are whatever we wish to become.
Beliefs are our subconscious programming. It makes you wonder how the waves from the cell phones in our pockets, the electrical lines running through our homes, and the countless other frequencies we encounter on a day by day basis effect our overall health over time.
Furthermore, there is a lot of reference to quantum physics in this book, but little of it is used other than Einstein’s mass-energy equivalence theorem. Btuce imagine he is considered fringe among many doctors trained in western medicine and the AMA and many would say as they’ve been educated to think show me the proof but I imagine every one of those doctors can think back on cases that they’ve seen that went against the grain.
This also makes me think of research from The Happiness Advantage I think on studies about how our beliefs can change our bodies, like people getting symptoms of poison ivy when rubbed with a regular houseplant, and vice versa.
The last two chapters are OK, some very welcome self-help, consciousness and his thoughts leaning towards new age and mind-body-spirit. Instead, this book is more like the autobiography of a “mad” scientist; a seemingly remarkable cellular biologist actually, who came to be a believer in the stunning cohesion between mind and cellular matter– his awe and appreciation of cells and of biology extend to the spiritual, and this approach to science, as well as to spiritual-seeking, I think could benefit many readers.
